Order Processing Time
- Handmade collectible dolls are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.
- Printed apparel and other made-to-order items require additional production time. Processing and fulfillment may take 7–18 business days, depending on the product.

We currently ship within Canada only.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Order size and weight
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which which will be clearly displayed on the website.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
