Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and USA only.
How long will my order take to ship?
- Handmade dolls are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.
- Printed apparel and made-to-order items require additional production time and usually ship within 7–18 business days.

Do you offer custom or personalized items?

Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged.
