At Tukitoria Gifts, each item is created or prepared with care and attention. Because of the nature of our products, we ask that you read our refund policy carefully.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Handmade collectible dolls (unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Printed apparel and gifts made to order
  • Items returned without prior approval

Condition of returned items

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging (when applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.


Shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs (when applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged
